Washer pumps

It looks like my rear is missing completely and the front is way past working but the tank seems fine. I've looked around on the internet and all I've been able to find for replacement are universal pumps. My question is, will these work or should I track down the original style?

I'd take what I can get for a truck almost 30 yrs old.
A number of the universal pumps specifically say they will fit your truck, worth a shot for $20 or so.
