Watch out for scrappers. One cracked my windshield

I was headed through Oakland on 880 yesterday to pick up some parts for my bike (I don't care for the Suzuki dealer in SF) and some scrapper Buick had rims on it so big it chucked a rock at my windshield.
The result is two little cracks right to the left of my field of vision

I guess it is like my grandma says, "Always everywhere some damnable annoyance." (Sounds much cooler to hear her say it in Norwegian though :)

Yeah, you're right...it's all the way down under "OTHER"

So this is a scraper?

The scrapers are getting out of control. I saw a late 80s Acura copue (not the Integra) with like 24 inch rims, that took up the whole wheel well. I live in Hayward and work in Richmond so I see them everyday.

holy crap!?!? take a pic next time if you see it again, i'm sure it's gonna be "best of the year"... LOL.... 24s in a coupe.... does it looks like a 4x4 coupe??

that's nothing, I constantly see 28" rims rollin' around. with huge lift kits on them. its rediculous. one rule of thumb i've always gone by, if the mods you want to do are worth more than your vehicle, its most likely not a wise idea.

Form over function is where it's at today and oversize rim craze has envoloped even rural america and now everybody wants to do it.

Thanks rap culture. :bash:
