A bit late in the game here... but if the windshield has been replaced it was probably not sealed correctly (seen it before, once on a new vehicle from the factory).
As for [MENTION=136088]Fubar22[/MENTION] it's been stated already that "Toxic Black Mold" is not an entirely realistic phenomenon as presented by you and others in the past.

That's not to say that Mold itself isn't harmful to human health; those who have Asthma and/or allergies may be susceptible to illness due to mold spore and those who aren't can also develop upper respiratory symptoms. Though most cases are easily treatable and non-lethal.
Additionally once the source of the mold is taken care (i.e. conditions allowing mold to prosper) the mold will typically dry out an die off. Bleach can also be used to kill the mold; so "cleaning" the vehicle would probably have been a perfectly fine repair. The only issue is that they would have to tear apart the entire vehicle and possibly either professionally clean the cloth and/or replace it; which is probably why they bought it back because it wasn't worth the rental vehicle costs to do so (not to mention what I can only assume is your generally rude attitude to those who contradict your pre-established beliefs; at least based off evidence in this thread.)
To be fair I was about to jump in and lambaste those disagreeing with you because of how dangerous "Toxic Black Mold" was always presented to me; but after researching it further, I'm a bit embarrassed I did not do so earlier in life.

Welcome aboard. I don't think the issue was not caring about your kids, or the fact that you purchased a new car with existing issues. I think the gripe was that you sort-of hijacked the post. Easy to do - guilty of it myself sometimes. If someone posts asking for solutions, answering with a question of your own or describing your problems isn't very helpful - especially when you're frustrated to shi* over the whole ordeal.
Finally figured it out.
I love my car wash. Right now they are renovating and everything is half off. I got the works on both vehicles for 10 bucks each! And that's when I realized my air conditioning wouldn't blow. It was like it cold get enough air. Sure enough, I pulled my in cabin air filter. It was soaking wet! So here is your PSA. Check your cabin filters after auto car washes.

The only way the cabin air filter would get wet is if water is entering the HVAC housing... the only way it enters is the same way the air comes in, through a shielded inlet. There should not be water coming in that inlet...
I agree. But it happens on my t4r and gx. So it's gotta be the car wash blowing or spraying water in a weird way into my trucks.

There's a drain line for the condensation to run from the AC out the bottom of the vehicle. That's the fluid you see from underneath most vehicles after they've been or have been running and the AC is turned on. That drain line can become backed up (leaves, grass and other debris) between the firewall and inside where your cabin filter is located. Instead of draining out of the drain line it backs up and drains from inside the cabin filter down along your base (under the glove compartment) and onto your floor.
