Hey,

I have rain water leaking into the driver side floor from under the dash. Im not sure if some type of drain is backed up or the what. Any ideas?

You will get more answers if you post this in the correct forum - depending what generation / year your 4Runner is.

The 6th Generation section is definitely the wrong place as the 6th Gen 4Runner doesn’t exist yet. ;)

What!?!?!?!?!?!?!?

The 6th gen has a water leak and it's not even out yet?

Will not buy.

I'm sticking with my diesel, manual trans, locking hub, straight axel.

:fishing:

You have a blockage in one of your sunroof drains.

Same thing happened in my 4th gen.

It's leaking down the A-pillar and coming out under the dash. Check your drains.

probably the moon roof leaking down?

Hi makeitso2008,

Most def! Could be the Moon-roof drain(s); they run through the "A" pillars, but then the tube SHOULD go Straight Out to the ground... I'd get a good light up there and look for water stains to locate the source; sounds like a drain tube got cut or disconnected! 'Best to you',

rig, cheers!

100% of all 6th gen 4Runners sold to date have massive leaks onto the floor boards, literally every 6th gen that has been sold and delivered to the public to date is just driving around with sloshing water

6th gen 4Runner has a water leak.... yet hasn't came out to the public yet. What a POS.

My 2046 7th gen 6WD has the same problem.

Otherwise, as others have said, blow out your moonroof drains, or pray to Buddha it's not your heater core ($$$).
