Water stains on roof panel. Any suggestions?

Hey guys I'm having a little water issue on the top towards the back of my t4r anyone else ever had this happen? I don't know if it's just a pinched seal or what. Hoping y'all can shed a little light on the issue before I pull it apart.

Had that exact same stain. Mine was clogged sun-roof drain lines. There are a couple of youtube videos of how to unclog them using compressed air.

Mine was a little further forward so it could still be a seal. Rain plus 65 MPH wind can make moisture travel.

If you don't have a sunroof, it could be water leaking in through the roof rack rails, I had that problem, re-sealed the roof rail bolts with Black RTV, and threw some towels up under the headliner to soak up all the water.
