Weathertech sunroof wind deflector and side window deflectors vs 2022 T4€R

Weathertech site shows sunroof wind deflector part # 89034 and side window deflectors part # 82531 fit a 2021 T4R but discussion with them says they do not know if they will fit a 2022.

I don’t believe there were any changes in the moonroof area or side window area from 2021 to 2022 but am a bit hesitant to purchase as Weathertech will not allow a return if they don’t fit.

Has anyone tried/put these on a 2022????

Just picked up my 2022 SR5 Premium a couple days ago and want to get these deflectors as I have had good results with the window deflectors in the past. And the sunroof deflector is held in place by clips, which seem better than tape.

And yep I searched but came up dry.

OK, eTrailer site shows the side window deflectors have been verified to fit the 2022, so I Ordered. I can return if they really don’t fit


But I still have not been able to verify the Moonroof deflector

Bit the bullet and got the moon roof deflector. Fits just fine. Had to get #2 x1 inch screws as the #10 x3/4 inch were a bit short to engage the clip that holds it on.

I had the in channel side window deflectors (same part #) on my 2016 SR5 until I traded it for the 2022. Never had a problem. They fit just fine on the 2022, as they did on the 2016. Don’t anticipate any problems based on 2016 experience.

Moonroof deflector fits just fine. I did have to get #10 X 1” screws as the #10 X3/4” that came with it were a bit short and could not get them to engage the self threading nuts. I think maybe the screws were for a different vehicle as that moonroof per Weathertech website fits at least one other vehicle, an Acura.

BTW many folks report having problems with the rear window deflectors falling out. If you follow the installation instructions that include leaving the windows up for a period of time so they seat properly, there should be no problem, as there is a strip of sticky tape on them that goes up into the channel and helps hold them in place. I left both my 2016 and 2022 up 3 days, even though procedure says 12 hours, more if cold weather.

I had some of these on an old 85 Chevy Blazer, which did not have air conditioning. Just to let some air in without getting blasted.

Trying again. I resized down to about 65 KB
