weeeee's build thread

Nice update! I enjoy following your IG stuff as well. Lots of inspiration for my build as well as motivation to get out and explore!

I'll be making the trip to Ouray for FJ Summit in July. Any plans to attend?

I'm not sure- I've never been to Summit but I have done the San Juan trails. Would be nice to tackle Poughkeepsie- we had to skip it last time due to rain and it was late in the day. The "industry" type events aren't really my thing, but I did go to Expo last year so maybe! LOL

Nice update.

Nice job Victor....

Looked at the FB vid, Really Nice !

Love your build!

Thanks guys!

Impressive. The eastern Sierras have always been one of my favorite places. I really like your signature photo. That should be in a 4Runner brochure or an off road catalog. Would make a great poster.

The Baja photos are knock-outs. I've wanted to take a trip down the peninsula with the T4R and a bike for a while. I think it's time to get serious about planning now. Thanks for sharing.

Oops. Lol.

Thanks! There's always something new to explore in the Sierras. Every time I get out there I discover a different place. I still need to get back out and find some petroglyphs I've been meaning to find.

Definitely. Baja has become one of my favorite places. I'm really trying to hit it at lease once a year. You'd be hard pressed to find a beach all to yourself anywhere in the states.

Very inspirational what you and Bryant do. Can't wait to have more time this year and explore.

Same. It's always refreshing to take a step back and really enjoy the outdoors.

For Labor Day weekend, met up with a couple buddies (including RedStripeRanger and NoOneBetter) to check out some trails in the Eastern Sierras.

It's been a long time... a really long time... But can anyone tell what wheels are on that Magnetic Grey 4Runner? Thanks.

Ram Mount for iPhone

I wasn't too exited about drilling into my dash to get a RAM mount to work, and wanted the phone nearby to use for GPS.

I ended up purchasing a Proclip interior vent clip and using a AMPS ball adapter plate to attach to the RAM mount. The Proclip clips into the air vent plastics vs. the air vents themselves for added stability. It's proven to be pretty rock solid, and I don't have to worry about losing my phone while offroading or hitting trails.

Parts used:
Proclip Air Vent Clip- 2010 Toyota 4Runner Dashboard Mounts | ProClip USA
