weird fender and door alignment

so as i get into this rig i purchased , i noticed that the passenger front fender has been replaced , but whats weird is the back of the fender is a different shape than the door . its not like this on the driver side . so my question is , before i buy a OEM replacement , i want to know what you guys think went wrong lol . i dont want to order another fender that is wrong like this one also .

It's probably a poorly replicated Taiwan part, just a guess. That's one reason I'm going to repair mine vs replace since there's just a bit of rust. I know you're comparing to your driver side, but this is a so so shot of my passenger side to show fit. You probably have to zoom.

Thats not too bad at all really. At least its not along the side. I would say shave the fender there but breaking the paint job down to bare metal is far worse than that cosmetic detail.

Ok I think I want to line x it anyway so it doesn't have to be perfect , annoying though
