weird light issue

Okay so here's the deal. I have a 94 3.0 2wd and my right turn signal gets stuck on sometimes. like a solid stuck on. front, rear, and even the dash light. Not only that but when i turn off my lights while it is running and then turn them back on the issue goes away, however when i step on my brake pedal the dash lights and my front corner lights turn on without me touching the switch.

I am terrible with electrical stuff. any and all advice would be very helpful!

By any chance do you have wiring for trailer lights ?
That's a real common source of problems like.

yes i have a trailer wiring harness on the back. i've never had it hooked up to a trailer before though. how would that cause an issue?

Poor quality installation of the trailer harness can mess your electrical up.

looks like i need to rewire it or rip it out then i guess.

if the weather is ever not below freezing!
