How old is your battery? I assume it's original. These things last a long time, my sister's 2005 RAV4 with 147,500 miles is on the original battery. My truck had it replaced when I bought it at 109,545, but I think it sat on the lot for a while before I bought it.
When I bought my truck last August, on the test drive the shifter light on the dash blinked for the first couple miles, then stayed solid. It was very strange and nobody knew why it did that. I figured, this truck is perfect in every other way and I'll just live with it because there were no other "electrical problems". When I took it to my dealer for an inspection, they load tested the battery and it was on its last leg. I put a new battery in and voila, the light never blinked again, even to this day. You'd be surprised how a weak battery can affect things in the car, even though it still starts right up every day.
