Weird random acceleration issue

Hello everyone,

I have an 04 v6 2wd runner with 255k miles. Last couple days when I start it and start accelerating it won't go past 35mph and 2500 rpm. I can gas it all I want but it won't go any further. It fixes itself once I turn the truck off and on, then it will work fine. It's happening randomly, NO CEL and no pending codes.
Any ideas what could cause that??

I've done
New spark plugs
cleaned MAF and throttle body
coolant flush
trans fluid exchange
oil change
diff fluid change
new airfilter and removed HC
all done within the past month.

With the car in park, can you rev past 2500rpm?

Pull the ETCS fuse and look for corroded contacts, it's located in engine bay fuse box, check the contacts in the fuse box as well.

Does your cruise control still work fine? The cruise control module is tied into the same ETCS fuse.

Yes in park currently I can rev past 2500RPM and cruise control works perfect.
When the acceleration issue happens I'll check to see if it revs in park past 2500rpm and also try the cruise control. It happens randomly so let's see when it decides to act up. I'll also check the fuse box and ECTS fuse for corrosion.

So the acceleration issue happened just now. I parked it and was able to rev higher than 2500rpm and cruise control worked but it wouldn't go past 2500 and about 35MPH. I hit the gas and it very slowly creeped up till 40 but nothing. I then had to stop at a light and accelerated once again and then it wouldn't go past 35 at all.
Very frustrating issue at least throw a code lol
