weird whining noise (with video)

So last night I was coming home from going to a few stores and I noticed this weird whining noise. I looked under hood and dont notice anything out of the ordinary.

Nothing is rubbing against the belts or anything?

A belt or a pulley bearing would be my guess.

Today I did alittle more digging and the sound is only heard when im inside the truck. When I im in drive I can hear it while moving but when stopped in drive cant really hear it. When I put it in park the rpms will go from normal and raise up about 500 rpms and I can hear it.
