Well it took you long enough! New T4R

After nearly seven months of searching we finally got our new 4Runner!

We started with an admittedly narrow set of criteria but ended up "compromising" on some things.

Looking for a Sport - Bought a Sport
Looking for 4WD - Bought 4WD
Looking for 2006 - Bought 2007
Looking for sunroof - Bought sunroof
Looking for Homelink - Bought Homelink
Looking for charcoal interior - Bought charcoal interior
Looking for JBL sound - Bought the mid-level CD changer
Looking for a V6 - Bought a V8
Looking for White - Bought Shadow Mica

I have the V8 in my Tundra so already liked the 4.7 - it didn't take much arm twisting to discard the V6 'requirement'.

My Tundra is Phantom Gray so, "two vehicle in different shades of gray???" was something I asked my wife over and over again just to be sure. She's now decided that she likes the Shadow Mica best of all colors and I can't say I disagree.

35k on the odometer with a fully transferable bumper-to-bumper warranty to 120k.

Every option that we needed and wanted including some that were "nice to haves" but not requirements like the side curtain airbags.

I know, I know ... Pics -- I'll take some new ones soon. All I have for now are the ones from the previous owner.

congrats! you and I were looking for basically the same truck, but i guess location made it an easier find for me. glad you got what you wanted: i would have "compromised" for the shadow mica in a heartbeat as well...
