Seriously, since now you are starting to call everyone names, you are the one that felt inclined to start this thread, do yourself a favor, save what little face you have left and just delete it (or have it deleted) Let it fall into the abyss of the interwebz and maybe it will be forgotten. Seems like u made an ill-informed decision regarding a nonrefundable purchase, complained when they stuck to their policy that everyone else here seemed to grasp except yourself, then went to this forum to complain in order to call out the business in question. They capitulated, even tho they didnt have to, and even tho you updated the outcome, didnt apologize to said business. Had it been me, I would have waited til this had been completely resolved before posting this experience. In fact my tone would have been positive in that, despite their policy, they accommodated me when i made a hasty purchase. But that's just the opinion of one who you consider racially or socially inferior (google says you misspelled it so i could be wrong)

Either way, thanks for the laughs there were some great posts in here that had me splitting my sides all day. BTW i have not had any dealings with Rago but they seem pretty good by all the posts I've read from some of their customers on here
