It started when my 4 wheel drive wouldn't engage. After troubleshooting and taking it to a dealer they found it was a rusted relay down behind the passenger kick panel. My sunroof drains seemed clear. I noticed my windshield had been replaced by the first owner. It was a poor replacement job. Don't get me started! I'll continue... The seal was uneven and there was some rust from the installer cutting down to metal during the old windshield removal. Well after 2 days of heavy rain due to Hurricane Sandy, my passenger side carpet was soaked. I removed the kick panel and inside window trim to check for water damage. I already replaced the relay and do not want any more electrical damage. I taped off the outside window and filled the groove with Permatex Black Silicone Adhesive Sealant. The bead looks good and I hope my problem is solved.:thumb3:
