I called them to see how much the OEM Limited style running boards are and they told me $2200! LOL.. Its ****ty how most of the eBay sellers wont ship to Canada..

Anyone here works at Toyota and could give me a deal?

i order my stuff to the states and pick it up across the border for that exact reason.

IIRC they quoted me 800 for the front skid plate.

I live in Calgary, so the closest border to me is like 7 hrs away.. lol

The closest fireworks was like 6 hours away from me, and I still made the trip to buy fireworks as it is illegal in VA. Except I was already visiting someone in Charlotte anyway....I figured I'd scoop some fireworks in a town called Fort Mill, SC before I left back for VA. Enjoy some free time while you're down at the border so you don't have to drive 14 hours total in one day. Spend a weekend or something, don't know.

What? You think free healthcare is actually free? No, but seriously, it's a scam. Same thing with auto parts, vehicles, clothing, etc. We get screwed over and they try to tell us it's shipping or population density. I could see it in a place like Ft.Mac with the two-lane Death Highway being the only way to get there but Calgary? With a population of over a million now?

Regardless, I read in the paper the other day that one of our Canadian auto-part magnates here has launch a lawsuit against several American manufactures accusing them of price collusion. Apparently he is retired and looking for something to do. We'll see how it turns out.
