Is the fridge dual voltage or 120vac?

If it's only 120v then the inverter will draw 10a from your battery for every 1a of 120vac amps. So a 3a draw from a 120v house outlet will be 30a continuous off your battery. That's a whole lot of amps.

The ARB has two separate power cords, one for AC operation (120 volt) at home, and one for DC operation (12/24 volt) with an integrated battery protection system. It draws an intermittent 1.35 amps per hour from a 12 volt power source. I also have an inverter plug in the back area I can use.

1.35a at 12v ain't bad. Wonder if it uses the ammonia based referigent cycle

I thought reserve capacity is a useless number if you are looking into a house battery. I thought it was all about the amp hour ratings. I'm trying to figure out what battery to get for back of my 4Runner.

I've been running a duralast from vatozone since I've owned the truck. We'll see how long it lasts.... The one I have in my f-150 is almost 5 years old.

The RC is a indication of its amp hour rating. You do want a deep cycle battery to run your fridge. Start batteries don't like going below 80% before they start to sulfate. And if left below 80 for too long (week plus) the jell which will recombine into solution becomes hard and isolates the plates from the acid.

There are different Ah ratings depending on its amount of discharge

Napa Legend AGM

I have been running a NAPA Legend AGM (manufactured by East Penn?) for the past 2-years. It's been through weather as cold as -11 this winter and in the 100s in the summer. I haven't had any issues so far. It is much better than the Toyota Battery that I had before.
