What am I missing? Bilstein Coilovers <$400

I have to be missing something. This says suspension coil over kit. For cheap.

I did notice it shows the top mount adapters and then says in the description that it is a stem on top not an eye.

Can anyone shed light on this for me.

I thought that also, because of the stem in The description. But all the images online sew the adaptor for the top????
