What are these plugs over the passenger rear door?

I'm trying to understand what these plugs over my rear passenger door are. This is on a 2016 SR5 Premium that I just purchased. I only have them over that one door.

Is it a plastic plug/cover? Pop it off and show us what you find. I'd guess it hides an access point/screw.

Its probably a plug to let water out. When you do a water crossing or get stuck in mud, water gets allover the place.

It is possible there was some paintless dent removal done before you, sometimes they make holes to access the backside of panels to push dents out...just a guess.

I think it was for a dent removal. I can see a tiny ripple above one of them looks like where a small dent was pushed out. Thanks guys. I've only had it a couple of days and actually have a few days more to inspect it before I commit to keeping it. Just trying to make sure there was no major body work done to it.
