Put a set of top plate spacers on the stock Tundra setup I have up front. Rides just the same, but gave me another inch. I now have an inch of rake, and love the stance. Tried to upload some pics, but photobucket isn't working. Get some this weekend.

Got to do the ISR mod to my 4Runner. Love the sound it makes when climbing hills and it revs to 2.5k rpm.

Also switched to LED interior lights.

And lastly, a lot of plastidiping!

Alignment done after replacing the steering rack bushings. Ride feels much better. Pending replacement of front right wheel bearing and hope it doesn't jitter again!

Finally finished with my Sotashi grill. Came out pretty good. not perfect, but pretty close. I accidentally touched the wet paint twice while removing my masking tap but for the most part nobody will notice the fix job. Too lazy to skim coat, tape, prime and paint again. If I do that I'm buying a new e-bay grill.

well techincally yesterday but

So after servicing my partners G37, finally got around to replacing the driver side rear axle/oil seal.
First thought, well this looks a little different than the write ups.

All cleaned up ready for the seal; no bearing press needed, but did need to use high temp copper gasket sealer/maker around the seal and the insert. Crmo axles and disks make it look a tad different. We'll see how it holds up?:lookout:
Now to service the mini van.:guitar2:

Yesterday, new u joints and diff leak fixed. Today first time offroad with locker, it's awesome!

Replaced the driver side CV axle.

Left it in the garage and went to work in the Prius. Hee hee.

Plans for the weekend include:
- fix wiring to driver side fog light.
- try to diagnose noise in driveline (could be transfer case, rear diff, or ?)
- try to remove fill plug for front diff and if successful, change front diff oil.
- wash it!

Replaced both CV's with new Napa parts, replaced the old LBJ's with Moog parts, removed my TRD tundra springs and put in Toytec/Eibach springs, painted factory roof rack with Krylon Fusion. The TRD setup was nice but to match my LC coils out back I had the 5100's on the 3rd perch which wasn't that bad of a ride to me but after putting the Eibach's in with the 5100's on the first perch....WOW such a difference, still firm but much more comfortable for me. I'm now at about 1.75 inches of rake and I'm going to put in 1/4 in. top hat spacers on Wednesday to yield 1.25 inches of rake which should look perfect. Shameless plug but my TRD springs are up for sale now too, check out the classifieds!

I took my 4runner to launch my boat on the Columbia river using a beach access road to go fishing. Had to air down to 14psi since I was towing a boat. It did really well...until I got home and found fluid dripping at a good rate. I thought I had blown a rear axel seal then realized I blew out a driver side rear shock. I really didn't like those Rancho RS5000 anyways. But I caught this pig so the day was even better
