Replaced the front brake rotors and pads, and also replaced the lower ball joints. My brakes are real squeaky now.. Anyone know what this could be from?

What components did you use? OEM pads are the best, IMHO. Usually, brake squeal is caused by a lack of anti-squeal grease between the backing and the shims (and the caliper pistons). The OEM shim kit comes with two shims for each pad, and you spread a thin layer of the supplied grease in between all layers, then install. Super quiet, and they work wonderfully.
Start by taking the pads back out, make sure you have the shims (assuming you used them) in correctly, and put a thin layer of anti-squeal between the pad backing and the shim, and between the shim and the caliper pistons. Go from there.

Spent about an hour and half cleaning the black one.
Finished up the engine install on the green one and finally got to drive it around a bit.
Didn't touch the anthracite one.

Splurged and bought a new battery for my key fob. Put it in and tried to use it. Didn't work. Said curse words. Figured out I needed to program it. Tried all 143,865 steps in programming process. Still didn't work. Cursed again. Tried one more time. Finally figured it out. Rejoiced.

I dont think so man. Go sit in your 4runner a hold a cup right there. I bet theres a lot more space there than you think. Also if youre really tall you can just position it a little higher

i found out what i did wrong today. when i ordered the rotors they sent me the ones that go on a 4runner with 15 in rims but i have the larger rotors for 16 in rims -__-. hopefully i can send them back.

Im undecided.. but i have a few options....
i have 3 sets of shocks currently...
two sets of king 2.5x12in (one set smooth body, one set double bypass shocks)
i also have a set of 2.5x10in king race series triple bypass shocks that i can use...all would take custom mounts and need to be mounted either on the outside of the shock or underneath with custom hoops possibly into the rear hatch area...
Im ordering stock metal tomorrow to build my own links...with 1.5x 250 wall dom tubing and using some bungs and heims to build em...
Im still undecided in the long run though

Reno, you should mount those bypasses outboard of the frame rails and attach them to a hoop that goes into the wheel well. Google Chaplain +TTORA and you'll get the idea. Space is tight, so you could use a 1.25" spacer if needed, or run a wider Tundra axle like the Tacos do and you could pull some decent travel to keep up with that front end. I saw your Pismo jump shot- you need a long travel rear end badly!
