I can show you my setup in more detail next time we meet. I've done everything audio. Sound proofing, new speaker wires, new power ran to head unit, 4 Gauge through the firewall, cut my back doors to fit 6x9s, component speakers in front etc.

Today, I wheeled.

i drained coolant rotated thermostat from 12 o clock to about 5:30 and first run after bleeding system has me at 184-186. It was a short 5 min run. At 12 o clock it would idle at 198 and it got up to 211 on the freeway climbing a hill today. Before the new radiator and thermostat it was at 186-188 constant, only saw 194 once in the summer.
ill see on wednesday how it does on the same freeway route.

i was sooo pissed a few years back.... i took it all apart to change the timming belt and couldn't figure out how to get that damn bolt out! i put it back together and had Toyota do it! :mad2:

19 mm deep impact socket on a 1/2" drive breaker bar with a cheater bar down to the ground. then starter bumped it. works like a charm. tightening it back up however was a different story. i had to make my own version of the toyota SST to hold the crank pulley from turning. came out solid. 4x4wire.com has a schematic to make one. last time i did the job i had air tools. this time i couldn't get a compressor to my place so i had to do it all by hand.

Yeah, You need to post up some more finished pics or a build thread on the bumper. Probably could make some money if you were to fab and sell them, it looks pretty sweet.

I didn't take alot of pictures when I was making it. I tend to get working and forget the camera part.

I can take some after shots to show the bracing and mounting.

I would probably be into making some if there was interest and I can cnc anything the owner wanted where I put 4Runner in mine.
