Fist oil change in my new garage, finally took the running boards off with permission from the wife, [MENTION=65101]BrianSD_42[/MENTION] this one is for you buddy! I need to figure out the front mud flap situation to cover the short haired SR5 fender flares up front. Oh and I washed her.

What did you do to your 3rd gen today?

Went on a trail ride to Coppinger Cove (TN) with [MENTION=100310]Brique[/MENTION], [MENTION=88967]TNRunner99[/MENTION], and several other guys. 12 miles in 10 hours. Gotta love the rocks in the hills of Tennessee.

Major props to Brique for tackling everything we encountered in a stock (minus running boards) 3rd gen sport.

I also had my first major trail damage. Let's just say a new rear hatch and glass is in my future. Full assessment to come tomorrow after church. I'm going to bed now!

Were any components loose?

ITREs were shot and one of the steering rack bushing lost most it the rubber. OTR and LBJ didn't have any play so I'm keeping them for spares.

Used it. for a almost 4 hr drive in traffic, yesterday to haul my new toy. Of course it only took a bit over 2 hours without traffic comming back. 6hours of 1 on 1 time with the runner. Also got her a citation from a board chp

With this many miles im very pleased I am confident on taking a trip without doing any checkups. Im confident in the runner.

Wanted to share, but mine is a little lame...

Slapped on two new tires and got a front alignment. Also, got it washed and shined them purdy tires...

BTW, my sides boards and other plastic exterior parts (roof rack, trim pieces) were severely oxidized, living in the AZ sun does that. I purchased some Armor-all trim shine/something or other and used it today. That stuff worked really well. The side boards look like their brand new.

Tomorrow, I may take it for a spin across the street... I need to pick up some wood chips for the turkey breast I'm smoking tomorrow...

That was an epic trip. And brutal. I'm amazed at what the 'ol girl managed to get over stock. And I'm very lucky nothing broke. Many Thanks to @urgamurph for organizing the trip.

I love that after all the obstacles we went over I managed to smash my tailpipe and rear bumper on 1 single rock that was sitting in a mud hole.

Changed my waterpump, Timing Belt, TB Tension idler, top idler and all them belts. Turns out this truck is about 3" taller than I am. My calves are killing me.

Worked with [MENTION=73561]spenedwrds[/MENTION] installing his winch then we worked in my truck: Jdm fender install with leds, 1" bl, antenna location swap, elbow removal.

Changed the fluid in my t-case and rear diff. I couldn't find my 12mm allen for the front drain plug so I'll borrow one from a buddy and do that diff tomorrow.
