the dome light is THIS

The foot-well lights are completely custom made by me. if i where to do it again though, i'd use THESE and just stick them to some place convenient in the foot-well. i tapped into the dome light power directly, and just ran the wires under the carpet to the foot-well, since i have an aftermarket alarm that controls the dome light.

Over the last couple of evenings I installed my lift, new cv shafts, upper and lower ball joints. Tundra 5100's front & rear, OME 891's and used TRD Tundra coils that I painted silver. View attachment 118166

Anybody know the backspacing on these tacoma wheels ? My tires barely clear the upper control arm and their only 235/85R16.

I've been neglecting the 4runner for over 2.5 years due to restoring an '83 Mustang 5.0 GT convertible. Since the Mustang is almost done, I bought some parts for the 4runner and between Monday night and last night I did:

Timing belt and pulleys
3 V-belts
Water pump and thermostat
Valve cover and intake manifold gaskets
Spark plugs
Fuel filter
Shocks and struts
Sway bar links
The pwr antenna seized in the up position over a year ago, so replaced it with a stationary one and put a used Taco whip on it from a total loss insurance job a few weeks ago.
New antifreeze and power steering fluid
Ground down some rust starting to bubble up on the front outer hood edges, decided I don't feel like painting the whole hood so I just fine line taped a line across the front of the hood about 6" back from the edge and hit it with trim black after rot-out, glaze and spot prime. Good enough for a 209K mile 4runner. Speaking of...
I assume I should replace my LBJ's soon, since I don't think they've ever been done. 209K sounds about right for replacement time huh?

Replaced my 906's with 890's to correct the reverse rake. Was super easy and only took me about 45 minutes.

I have the spare tire off right now, but have a 2" receiver hitch and am currently sitting at 38.5" all the way around except for the drivers front which measured at about 38.75" (have a spacer to compensate for the lean) with a full tank of gas. We'll let her settle a little, but I may use a 10mm spacer with the 890's.
