Haha I picked up my gf's online ordered lawn mower there on the way home from work last week. Some sketchy folk wandering in and out :\
And yea slap, dunzo with the 5 pts. Neighborhood of Aurora house seems pretty quiet and certainly less airplane bottles and heroin needles. Actually, was pristine the three times I've been there. Nothing on the streets.
Picked up 3290432 blunt wrap wrappers, two needles, and a ton of wet wipes (god I hope they were armorall dash wipes), chip bags, cigarette packs, etc. before mowing today. Eager to leave one of Denver's many buttholes.

A good friend of mine has a 2010 Ram with the 5.7, good on gas and plenty of power to boot. But it is no diesel for sure. Maybe the new Titan then?

Just finished up the big 3 wire upgrade minus the fuse....knew I was forgetting something at the parts store!

Installed a set of Cree 18w 4" spot leds on the bumper. She is finally finished! $40 shipped on eBay for the pair and wiring harness with relay and switch. When installing found some bad wiring at the fire wall for the auto door locking and the oem foglight wiring which I could have used. So install took longer to repair those wires. They are way brighter than I thought they would be.

Check my fluids today had to fill my radiator up a little ......I need to get new brakes,tires,change the oil,and get a a matching lug nut cause one on my was cross thread by somebody that's not me..

Finished some body work.
Clipped a concrete pillar while mall crawling. Got off lucky, could have been more damage. Caved the fender in around an inch
Local shop wanted $3000 to fix it because they insisted on repainting the entire quarter panel, door, et cetera, to "maintain their image." Which is stupid because I'm about to put on SR5 flares which basically cover the damaged spots anyway. So I did it myself.
Hammered out what I could, but the inner fender and body panel diverge just aft of the damage. So I rebuilt the rest using a fiberglass reinforced body filler. Pretty happy with the outcome.
The flaws that remain will be mostly covered by the new flares, so my only real concern was rust protection, and I think that's well sorted. Here's hoping there are no cracks later!
SR5 flares go on next, soon as I get them repainted and get the flare gaskets ordered.
