I ordered a TON of parts for my 2002 4runner and my 1994 Extended cab. I should have some OEM OTRs & ITRs, boots, and clamps, to go along with my new LBJs, new castle nuts and mounting hardware. I also ordered a few various seals for the pickup to try to make it happy. I want to get the LBJ project done before I throw on my new SW bumper and future lift. That should keep me busy...:boxer:
Other than that, I had a chance to take my rig on its first road trip down to Cannon Beach OR. I have to say. I really dig these BFG KO2s. They are nice and smooth on the road, and super quiet. I notice WAY more road noise if I travel in my friend's Lexus IS250. And coming from a 1994 pickup, I feel like I am driving a luxury vehicle. lol. I have had my 4runner for a little over a year now, and I am still digging it.

Same way I feel about mine. Had mine for 18 months ish and I still love it and find myself spending way more on it then I ever figured I would... My buddy has a B6 A4 and that thing is louder on the interstate than my 3rd gen on BFG M/T's... BFG makes pretty good tires in my opinion.

First Mod: MAF & TB Cleaning w/ New Gasket
Decided to clean the TB and MAF tonight. Was amazed at how clean the plenum was - my Miata intake is pitch black! TB was some dirty so gave it a good cleaning. MAF looked OK but after going through the stripped screw routine, it was getting a cleaning.
Had some Felpro cork/rubber gasket material so I fashioned a new gasket without the 'D'. Nulled out the computer via grounding the battery cables.
Started up to a smoother, lower idle. Let it warm up while I put away tools and took her for a spin. She seemed to run smoother with maybe an ounce more pep.
Next mod - interior lighting improvements.
