Got a link? That's cool.

Installed the URD short shifter, thanks Cake1979 for reminding me where to get one. Absolutely one of the best mods yet!!

Glad it's working out for you. It's a pretty simple mod that makes a huge difference.

Did you replace the plastic bushings while you had it out? I got new ones from Marlin Crawler and it shifts like a new car.

Yes I had to replace it, darn thing was on there good. I don't know where but it's somewhere in my garage, went shooting off like a rocket....

Dealer didn't have one, but lucky for me a local transmission shop did.

3rd generation today

I bite the bullet and had AAA tow my T4R Limited 1998 to get a new Denso starter at 237,000 on the clock! Now to solve my random misfires and 2nd and 5th also! Any ideas? Thanks!!!

Search the 3rd gen section for the obd ii codes in the advanced search function..you should find many relevant threads from people who have already been through whatever code you have.

Removed my running boards, cleaned my engine bay, did the intake silencer delete, new oem spark plugs, wires, air filter, rear wiper, and also fixed my clock.

Next is a lift, and full led conversion, once I can convince the wife to let me spend some more dough. :roadkill:

Drove 5 hours yesterday to get parts.
Got home, the door I bought was rusted. No go on that.
Installed the SR5 fender flares I got.
Came inside and puked all night, got the flu now.

Sad like an Adele song.

I've been working on an auxiliary power solution. Something that everything can wire up to and allow for future expansion. I designed and built a 6-switch overhead console to replace the factory unit. All wiring goes through the A pillar through the firewall directly to the fuse block. Still working on my 15 posts before I can do a build thread on this project alone. I have all the plans and I can't wait to share them with y'all.

Here is the custom fuse block bracket I built

Replaced the lower A Arm bushings with OEM stuff. Also did the upper ball joint as well, also OEM. What a nightmare it was, but all the post said it would be. My lowers were completely shot so it was all worth it. There's back and forth about moving the steering rack which we did have to do. What an amazing difference though. Alignment comes tomorrow. Can't wait to feel the difference on the trail!

Couldn't get the upper a arm bolt lose or I would have replaced those too. Ran out of daylight. Maybe some other time.

Project restoration is coming along! New a arm bushings, steering rack, sway bar link and bushings, rear suspension, lower and upper ball joints.
