My wheels are 16x10 ultra wheels i dont know the backspace and stuff i did look in the back of the wheels but is nothing else beside the name of the wheel and the size

Gave it the first bath and started cleaning it up a bit. Forgot to take pictures of the hitch before I painted it, but there's a good bit of surface rust I need to take care of underneath. It's really just paint flaking off and some pitting, so I'm not worried about the rust overall.

This is it pre-wash.



Slapped Corroseal on the brake drums and every other surface I could easily reach with the tires off. Once I manage to get the spare tire out from underneath it, I'll really get started on cleaning up under there. As it stands though, there's just no room to work until then.

Sweet! Are they that plentiful in South America? I REALLY want a FJ40. Finding one here that hasn't been fully restored or is in decent shape is difficult. I'm pretty sure the diesel version is the BJ40.

They are a dime a dozen here. The diesel is in fact the BJ40, diesel is much cheaper than gas here so, more likely to get a diesel!

Recovered and added some really thick foam padding to my armrest. Cost $4 for vinyl and a had the foam. Much better.

My engine bay was completely covered with dirt after wheeling in the mountains last weekend. I hosed it down and wiped it with a rag to get most of the dirt off. Then I used whole can of Gunk Foamy engine cleaner, rinsed after ten minutes. Dried the engine bay with an air compressor. Then used a whole can of Gunk Engine Degreaser. Rinse well after ten minutes
