What did you do to your 3rd gen today?

All new sway bar and link bushing and took it out for a little flex test.

The LED bar looks nice where it is.

I replaced the power steering pump on my '99 today. The local repair shop refused to do it, so I was kind of worried. Since I had never done one before, it took about 3 hours, but it went fairly smoothly. I saved about $200 in labor costs.

I bought a 02 sport, and just sold my 98

Replaced old filter with an OEM air filter. ~$22.00 from dealership..

Cleaned MAF sensor and air box..

Reset the EFI relay..

Went for a cruise..

Good day over here.

Installed a thule bike rack and, more excitingly, rebuilt a salvaged CS144 alternator :naughty:

It's going in tomorrow, along with a new timing belt, water pump and ECT sensor :banana:

Ordered a sport hood after giving up due to looking for months unfortunately with no insert so anyone want to sell one for cheap also bought some fiberglass fender flares (Glassworks) for 200 bucks locally thought it was a good deal tried to install and they don't seem to line up at the front bottom of the fender so I cut one then got frustrated and threw the old ones back on for now. pictures for now bumper comes in t minus 2 weeks.

Went Night wheeling on Saturday

It was a foggy night so a few of us decided to go out to a spot we know.

Then i took a wrong line and got jammed up pretty bad.
No winch or lockers yet

So 4 hrs and a come-a-long winch to get unstuck.

All in all it was a fun night and good learning experience.

I broke two bolts in my tow bar and the bottom bolt of my custom swaybar end-link from MStudt broke on the passenger side.

Could have been a lot worse.
