You have a lot going for you with your rig:
- 99 with low mileage
- E-Locker
- SC'd (Fuel mods? Plugs? Tuning?)
- Skids
- Bumper
- Quality Suspension upgrade
- Wheels and tires
- Good maintenance
- Two-owner vehicle
- Great color!!
- Safe to say it's rust-free??
You won't get the money you want for it in Florida. I don't think the demand for a 4wd w/E-Locker is that high down there. If I were you I would post on CL in the rust belt states, NE, CO, and PNW. This may sound like a ridiculous asking price but I would start at 12,500K and hold out for a buyer.
Just for giggles I checked CL and found this low mileage stock 99 here in Portland OR, with a cracked windshield for $9500. 1999 Toyota 4Runner -- LOW MILES

Just Finished 99 tall/OME 906 lift. Comments?
Just finished up a 99 tall/OME 906 lift and it sits great. Using 5100s all around. I wanted to know if there any need for a diff drop or anything like that? My center hub to fender measurements are all at 22".
The 4runner is getting high in miles and is my DD so I do not plan on wheeling it hard again until I pick up an mk4 jetta for my DD which I have been shopping around for.
I would prefer not to have to do any other lift modifications as the next things on my list are brakes and fixing my steering slip joint.

I have your same setup with ~18,000 miles on it now with no issues at all (with no need for the diff drop). I did use the extended front and rear steel brake lines from Wheeler's though.

Made the decision to replace blown head gasket,replace muffler,get front end alignment and get new tires. Now to only find the time to all of that done.

Sorry about the delayed response, I used Rustoleum truck bed liner (Rattle Can). That is the only stuff they sell onbase where I am, tried to order Raptor or lineX but none will ship to APO and the international shipping costs are a bit ridiculous.
It ends up looking good and is much stronger vs scratches.

White LED's in the window switches.
Soldered two little LED's on driver's side and cut a small hole under the right window switch so they both light up.
Soldered a white LED on the passenger side as well!
Popped off the little green LED (more like crushed it off... lol) and replaced with bigger white one.
