Finally built a drawer/sleeping platform

HA! I finally figured out what was wrong after 6 months. Thank god it was not the transfer case!! It was a vacuum line of course, just hanging disconnected , next to the Vacuum switching valves. I put it back on and bang! Back in business! easiest fix of the week. Now to celebrate, I'm gonna change out the fluids and crush washers in the front Diff and transfer case!! Re-born bad!!!

Nothing exciting, but I filled up last night and got 19.1 mpg. That's by far and away the best fuel mileage I've ever gotten. Soon to be ruined by a lift and bigger tires haha.

Finished wiring the e-fan for the transmission and took it to the sand!

Where did you get the rocker panel switch that says Transmission Fan. I can't find one anywhere.

Started my process of making needed clearance for snow chains and keeping the rig as stock as possible with 265/75/16's. I will start a thread on what I'm doing and hopefully it will help others.

New Spidertrax 1.25", and I was lucky the trax lug nuts flushed out with the stock lugs.

I went to OTRATTW.com and found a basic fan switch here. I added transmission to the text in their change box.

Just ordered a ton of parts from Camelback to get things ready for some maintenance projects on the horizon. Guess what I am doing? Ha! Also thinking about ordering the TB kit from eBay TIMING BELT KIT WATER PUMP Genuine & OE Manufacture Parts! 3.4 V6 15 PIECES | eBay and possibly while I am at it a new radiator, probably a Denso or a Koyorad radiator.

Heavy rain in SW Houston this morning.
Lots of flooded streets, but nothing that even came up to the running boards - close, but not quite.
Underside ought to be clean now, though.

Do you think you could post a brief review of those tires or at least some impressions if you have some free time?

I've been eyeing the ATWs as a replacement for my Grabber AT2s. The Grabbers have never quite balanced up and despite having the severe snow service rating I feel like they leave a lot to be desired on packed roads.

I want to knock this out first along with plugs and wires, then when I can, follow up with a new radiator, hoses, along with timing belt kit. It's not an awesome new model, but it must be done if we want our rigs to last.

I'm about 1 gallon of distilled water away from having that job all done. Lots of work, but totally worth it. Did the Airaid intake and deckplate mod at the same time. Based on what I saw in there and the records that I got from my family (Dad bought new, then with sister, not with me), it hadn't been done since ~85k miles and at 270k+ miles, it was time...
