Dropped off my 4runner at the body shop yesterday and went down to my garage this morning and found a 2016 Dodge Dart where my truck should be

9 more days of this turd mobile, shift on the fly is cool tho

when I installed my talls it was not a pleasant feeling I had used them before on Volvos and bmw's but the talls were a push

I ordered the adjustable pan hard from sonoran but he’s out of the shop this week and from his website it takes him 7-10 days to make and ship.. but all those are ordered. Should’ve ordered them with the lift but you live and you learn

I would cancel the SS adjustable bar and have the panhard correction kit installed instead. This will keep the bar nearly level as intended by Toyota.

I almost did my lift this weekend but having to compress the springs kinda intimidated me. I think I'm gonna have a shop do it instead.

Which top hats are you using?

Bought her some King coilovers in the Tacomaworld classifieds.

Also dropped off my alternator for a rebuild and picked it up. Should be swapping it in sometime this week.

Have the rear on too? Never noticed a difference when my taking my front off but noticed a huge difference when taking the rear off. But I also don't have that much weight up top.

You should feel more roll with the front detatched than the rear. The rear is only 19mm and the front is 26 or 27mm depending on what year you have. Plus the panhard bar in the back helps with body roll greatly, so if the angle of it got messed up due to a lift there's part of the problem.

Rear sway bar was/ is on. I was fine before the RTT was put on; but when I do have the RTT on the 135 lbs makes for a significant body roll on the tight turns. My wife even commented on it in the mountains.

I am working on a quick detach solution before I go to Big Bend in December.

I did, I was third in line and I'm surprised they made it to me. Having the seller ship them straight to Downsouth Motorsports for a rebuild. Should be sub $300 for rebuilding them plus the ride home. Pretty stoked on it, now to sell my Icons.

There's definitely some good deals over there, can be dangerous sometimes haha

I just went with the Monroe top hats. I’ve not heard of anyone having issues with non-OEM top hats, and they were practically a quarter of the price. Got them from Parts geek with a seamless experience. I’ll post a review once they’ve been in for a bit!

Did a top end seafoam treatment the other day. Checked the compression when changing plugs and wires today and it seemed to help the compression in a couple weak cylinders I had. #6 is up to 195 from 150 and #4 is up to 185 from 175.

This weekend I'm going camping on a beach that doesn't allow tents, so since I'll be sleeping in the trunk I decided it was time to get it nice and clean back there. Vacuumed and shampooed every inch of carpet I could reach and it's amazing what a difference an hour, some meguires carpet cleaner, and a heavy duty brush can do. Most of the carpet looks brand new!
