I'll get a few fotos up just as soon as I have it next, (My Dad's the OE, ok with maint but not particular like myself, hehe).
Def. have an OEM radiator as my first bit, and then goes Tundra front brake upgrade. It's from the NE, so the under isn't beautiful, but most all looks good, from a 30 min inspection on a lift. To be straight, I've not decided if I'm keeping it or selling it, although I've always enjoyed driving it during the winter, and the body is super-clean. I guess we'll just have to see. :thumb:

Maintenance first, then upgrades is where I would begin.

A lot better than I thought it would, haha. Studied it on a lift for 30 min. Gas tank cover is shot, muffler is on order, a few other bits. Pop's selling it to me, he's the OE. I've used it during a bunch of winters, always amazing. Def. beginning with maint items first. Pix, when I'm at their place tomorrow.

Tried to fix my cracked auto shifter handle (unit is separated at screw holes) but I think it's toast...

She is back on the road running great. Got under to check out the suspension front end felt a little funny was expecting to have to replace ball joints. to my surprise joints are tight. but the outer steering joints have some play and it appears so does the rack. Had a shaking when braking but the rotors looked good, took off the drums and surprise (not really) it was oily inside. looks like new rear axle seals.

Poke and scrape the rear differential pumpkin cover, they rust real bad but the paint can still be stuck to it so it looks OK but it may go almost all the way through.

Finally got around to adding the bends to my Ripcord fuse platform and installed it in the rig today in preparation for a blue sea fuse box, fuses, starter relay, mean green alternator and 2nd battery set up. This is my big winter project.....

Went to the dealership today on my off day to replace my steering rack with a new low/high pressure line assembly, poly bushings for the rack and pulled the front diff to reseal my oil pan. Had to leave it overnight cause I still need to machine my front rotors and replace my pads cause my last mudding adventure ruined my front brakes. Oh and an alignment will probably not hurt tomorrow haha.

Finished this all up today and WOW what a difference. Feels like a completley new truck. I actually feel safe on the highway now lol.

Also, I don't know if it's coincidence or not, but I achieved a new record high of 23MPG average on my ScanGauge after driving around for a while today. That is crazy good for a 3" lifted 4WD on 33" mud terrain tires.

I like the length of your sliders. From rough measurements I took I think I can get away with 66" sliders maaaybe 67" and still clear my 315s. Just started going through your build in YT, a lot of good information in there & a well laid out table of contents that makes it easy to navigate! Some good looking 4runners at your place. When you gonna move build over to t4r :behindsofa:? jk, this coming from someone that doesn't even have a build thread :nerd:. I joined YT a few years ago but don't think I've ever posted anything there.

Addicted Offroad sells 68" for the 3rd gens- look up some pics of those to get an idea of what something that long looks like?

Got a new passenger bottom seat foam from a fellow forum member in the mail on Friday and installed it in my drivers seat today.

But that wasn't enough work, so I swapped the seat covers between the passenger's and driver's seats and buttoned both seats up with zip ties.

Picture is crap but I added a driver's side "Oh $h!t" handle. Grabbed two from the junkyard, the back seat ones fit perfectly for the holes hiding under the headliner and are typically a lot cleaner since they see no action. 1 minute job once you have the handle.
