Just ordered OEM wiper inserts moments ago: 85214-YZZD4 (2) and 85214-YZZD3.
Will thoroughly clean the front and rear glass, then Rain-X both.
Safe travels on Friday.

I typically go to sleep fairly late, usually around 12:30 to 1 am. I'm a 6-hour sleeper. I'm working at IT-related incident, and many of those are folks are in India....
After reading a few threads here, right or wrong, I decided to go OEM. I noticed that I' missing a wiper cover too, so I ordered a pair (85192-12800).
Sounds like you might have sorted-out your rig, at least enough to have sufficient confidence to make this trek.

Made use of the underutilized passenger cargo compartment space ....
Used top half of a folding chair bag(because we all know we loose or throw away those in the first use...)
Now it holds those pesky jumper cables!
Oh and if u ever need to tie up a captured criminal to keep him from escaping..? Use Christmas lights or jumper cables, their default mode is knots.

Looked at a few while spending 5 days in Palm Springs. What's with all of the 2wd 4runners in SoCal, LOL ? Shouldn't they be called a 2runner ? And why do people think that they're worth $4-6 K w/ well over 200 K on them?
Seriously, I've been looking for a 2000 to replace the '01 that I just sold. No luck yet and with winter right around the corner it's going to be tough.

The Ridge Grapplers make almost no noise at all. I have 295/70/r17 E's at 38psi. Literally no noticeable noise around town or at highway speeds.
It was all rain in Mammoth today so after work I had to drive all the way to Main Lodge to finally get them on some snow covered roads. About 2 inches of wet slush. They are great in it. I 2wd it the whole way and got on the throttle hard around corners to try and break them loose. I managed to do it but well past what I expected. Coming back down I got on the brakes hard and they grabbed way faster then they should have for the conditions.
Hands down the best tire I have ever run.

I remember reading about silblades on another thread & how long they lasted. I was skeptical but may give them a try. 4 years is impressive, I usually change out my oem blades 1-2x/year. I do change them before they start getting really bad & I'm sure the imperfections in my original windshield probably wears them out prematurely.

Changed my rear diff fluid tonight.
Found a set of Husky floorliners, the ones that copied Weathertechs on the local classifieds for a 5th gen--price was too good to pass up.
Well, I'm happy to report that the two front floormats fit the 3rd gen, "more or less".
Passenger better than the driver, and the only issue with the driverside is the automatic foot rest on the 5th gen would appear to be closer to the driver. So, there is at least an inch gap between the 3rd gen footrest, and the 5th gen floor liner. Minor nuisance, but one that I'm certainly happy to live with based on the savings.
I have the second row too, fitment TBD, currently have too many things in the back to fold the seats back up.

Update: I got 2 resistors from vleds and installed them but still got the ABS light I was stumped... So I removed the 3rd led to stock and BOOM the ABS light was gone!! So I didnt need those resistors on the tail lights but I'm keeping them in cause it was a ***** to take apart and I dont feel like taking them off. lol So I think the 3rd brake light needed the resistor but oh well I dont need a 3rd brake light led anyways lol

I can confirm, for me at least, that a 6 ohm resistor, on the 3rd brake light, did the trick for me. The ABS light is now off. I have LEDs in the rear, in all locations. As suspected, I had not fully crimped-down both connectors, so that is why it didn't initially work for me....
I used this flasher relay to replace the stock one, and I have no hyper signal:

And, that resistor on the 3rd brake light...
I read that these resistors get dang hot, and I prefer the location of the 3rd brake light for something like that. I was concerned about melting the plastic housing or other wires if I had used one of the lower brake lights.

So technically it was yesterday, but I didn't finish up until 4:00 this morning.
I:
Built my wiring and installed my [MENTION=57546]4-Ripcord[/MENTION] fuse platform. Also found out that I have access to some laser cutters in the local makerspace (if I want to pay the $130 per month)
I cleaned up all of my existing accessory wiring and grounds with a Blue Sea fuse box.
I also pulled and replaced my drivers seat bottom leather, and installed and wired in my heated seat. One more to go!
I do seem to have a problem with my accessory relay though, it energizes off of an add-a-circuit on the rear heater (it's switched power) but doesn't disengage after key-off.
Thinking it's wired backwards...
