Got them here. The lenses are from ebay too. I bought them years ago so the listing is gone, but you can just do a search for a clear bumper turn signal 1996-1998. Mine are DEPO brand. They come in 2 styles: clear and crystal (super clear...)

Here are some pics I took of the process I chose. Very time consuming, but worth it!

Looks good. But you didn’t have to cut out that much meat on the sides. When I did mine. I cut less. Then sanded the it down. And used very little fiberglass Looks good though.

Okay so its been a couple weeks working on it. New valve cover gaskets,some new hoses, new radiator, Transmission fluid, coolant, cleaned up enging and topped it off with some synthetic oil (with proper filter of course.) Not to mention new radio with blutooth. So now engine is good, interior is ready, new brakes and tires, time to start on exterior.

Looks like I finally handled a couple of codes that have been pestering me since
June- P1135 and P0171. It went like this:
P1135- replaced AFS and O2S with non-Denso units. That triggered a
P0171- replaced hoses, PCV, plugs, wires, coils, burned incense... couldn't clear
it for months. Then, recently,
P1135 again- put in a Denso AFS and the CEL went out. For now. All readings
look decent, fuel trim, voltages, etc, exc. air/fuel. It hovers just below 10:1.
But mileage went from 12-13 mpg to ~18. Torque on Android.

A while back, replaced the stock radio with a no-name dual din touchscreen:
micro-SD/USB input, navigation, DVD, Bluetooth, knobs for tuning and
volume, etc. - $85 delivered. I thought $17 for a three year add-on warranty
was reasonable.

The stock brackets are easily modified to mount the new HU. No faceplate
was needed- it fits within the stock opening fine. Actually sits up against the
back side of it. No cutting or trim pieces required to look ~stock.

Changed the downstream o2 sensor on the wifes '00 with a denso and finally got rid of the p420 code.

I finished up my push start and smart key system yesterday! It took about 5 days with a couplle hours a day to finish it up. Still dealing with one bug, but I'm hoping to find the root cause in the next few days, or hear back from the company. See my build thread for some more information on the install!

I also received [MENTION=98153]MStudt[/MENTION]'s cb antenna mount, so I bolted that up yesterday as well!

Just curious; when using your "D" rings to pull or get pulled, do they put stress on the bottom side of the bumper? I'm considering installing a set myself, but not sure that location will keep the bumper in place if I have to use them.

Thanks y’all. I used duplicolor self etching primer, graphite wheel paint, and wheel clearcoat.

It took me about 7 hours all said and done, but I had a lot of corrosion to remove. I used both a brass brush cup and this scotchbrite-ish wheel in my drill and then 320 grit sandpaper. Masked, wiped with paint thinner, then 3 coats of primer, 4 coats of color, and 2 coats of clear.

This is how they started. They don't look terrible but there is a ton of corrosion under the paint.

It took a solid 7 hours straight to get there and I'm not looking forward to having to do it again for the other wheels but I think they look pretty good for $100 Craigslist wheels and a backyard paint booth. It will probably be another couple of weeks before I have a chance to swap wheels and tires again but I can't wait to see how they look.

Well, let's be clear. Anyone can sell anything to anyone if both parties agree. The only question is was the transaction legitimate and will it be honored by the DMV. In my case the answer so far appears to be no.

Not in my state, the dealership it responsible for the title and has 30 days to provide a cleared title to purchaser. All penalties and expenses after the 30 day period are on the dealership.

Its definitely not thundercloud. Limiteds and SR5 had a "medium silver" that was a trim color only mainly to black and white body colored rigs.
I'm pretty sure that was what this is

Just got back from an amazing trip from Hidden Falls Adventure Park in Marble Falls, TX! It was primarily rock climbing, which was new to me and the rig. She did great though for her first time, although it wasn't without some battle scars... I was in a group with primarily Wranglers and 2 other 3rd gens, so the Jeeps tended to do more difficult stuff that I followed suit in.

Sorry, I didn't get any photos of the really difficult trails. I was too concerned at the time with not shitting myself haha
