Relocated abs module and cruise control module to free up some space. Got it tucked against the back of the air box. Need to modify my cruise control bracket to look cleaner in its new location though.

Make sure you get a genuine Magnefine filter. I bought a look-a-like one under the Raybestos brand (china) :frusty:and it had a hairline crack near the outlet in a matter of months.
not sure where the true magnafines are made, ive only been using the magnafine..but I had one that developed a leak at an outlet too. However that was the magnafine with the plastic body. and now you can get them with a stainless steel body...just 3 bucks more..

Quarantine Boredom pt.4
Installed my hood struts from Spiker Engineering, also installed my new grille with raptor lights. Wired the raptors to the side marker lights so that they are on only at night and flash when I lock/unlock it (personal preference). Shoutout to my friend who handled the wiring since he knows way more than me. Don't worry we kept our distance. Let me know what yall think!

Yep, the metal bodies are the way to go. They probably went with metal because of too many plastic body failures. I think Magnefines were/are made in Australia.

Brought it home!!!
New addition to the family. Got it from a dealer in Chattanooga who delivered it to Nashville for me. The wife and I drove it home from there.
Now I'm working on removing the vent shades. I'll be scraping adhesive for hours.

I drove my 2wd Sport Edition through some deep mud! Although at one point I managed to get myself stuck and when I went to press the TRAC OFF button, nothing would happen. Which sucked cuz the engine would cut all power to the wheels once it detected slippage. So I just stuck some 2x4's under the wheels and used those for traction... lol. But does anyone know why my TRAC OFF doesn't work. I've never had any real purpose for that function but would still like to be able to turn it off when needed.

Oil and filter change. UOA will go out next week. Man, removing the filter on these things is messy. Just no way around it that I can find.
Given this Wuhan Flu thing and WFH, and no telling how long we'll be on lock down, it might be 2022 before I have to change the oil again.

Got one of those. Steamer and a plastic scraper work best for getting most of it off. Then I went back over it with the eraser. Then a wipe down with charcoal starter (because I didn't have any lacquer thinner). Got 99% of it off.
