What did you do with your 4runner today?

Where did you order them from? Been debating doing the same thing...along with all the suspension pieces I have been eyeing up.

NJ636 from tacomaworld and the other 4runner forum. Best prices ive seen.
Did a full detail this past weekend. The weather has been great here lately, so it was the perfect time. For the other detail geeks, here's what I used;
Megs ultimate compound
Megs ultimate polish
Wolfgang deep gloss paint sealant
Collinite 845
Wheels were done with Mothers Al polish and topped with the Wolfgang sealant.
Turned out great and removed alot of the fine scratches. Next spring I may do a heavier compound to remove some of the other scratches the megs didn't get. Love the depth and gloss to the paint!

Collinite is hands down the best wax there is... Ive always used it and will never use anything else.
That is what I have heard. This is my first time using it, and it was extremely easy to put on and take off by hand. Might be a little overkill putting it on top of the sealant, but I am curious how it holds up. My other car has just the sealant on it, so it'll be a good test.

I was thinking of using chemical guys black light before colinite. How did The colinite act on the seAlent? Did it make a difference?
It seems the colinite added further depth to the paint....if that makes sense. It does contains carnuba, so it should add some gloss.

Got my *** handed to me by electrical wiring. I am at my wit's end. Could someone help?
I have an OTRATTW Switch (basically this exact one) and I cannot figure out how the hell to get the lower LED to work. I have the top LED working on my switch because I just jumpered the grounds together. I am trying to figure out how to get the lower LED to come on with the dash lights without having to cut any wiring. I read that using a fuse tap on the TAIL Fuse is a good one, as that one only gets power when the dash lights come on. I just tried it with an add-a-circuit, and it didn't work! WHAT GIVES?! Can anyone help!!

I have basically the same switch, have the same issue. I can't get the lights to work for nothing. When I switch the light on or off the led will blink but turn right back off. If you get it figured out let me know please.

just tap into the switch next to it with a t tap. just use a a test light to find a positive when headlights turn on. the fuse might be to the gauge cluster which is always on. other then that you have a bad jumper for the ground.

Ok thanks. I'll check my jumpers first, but I think they should all be working as the 2nd jumped pin is working and the 1st jumped pin would be the problem.
Other than that, I guess I'll try the T-tap. Didn't really want to modify stock wiring at all. I figured a fuse would work perfectly for this, but I guess not. Gonna evaluate other alternatives too. Thanks.

Sounds good, I want to find some time to go over all the surface rust on the frame with Rust Converter while there's still no actual rust damage.
I should look into getting these after I shampoo the carpet. So many things I want to do and so little time (and cash!).

Yeah I wanted to get them done before it started raining and because my 6 year old is a slob (seat covers are next!) I got in on the group buy so it helped a little bit.

Put my WT mats in last night. Still waiting on my cargo mat but I'm pretty happy with the front/rear sets and the way they fit.
Same here!!
Got to love the groups buys making me keep spend money on my truck.
