Borrowed an idea from [MENTION=129593]MTN4RNR[/MENTION] for keeping my rear hatch from hitting my garage door when I open it. Usually i put a towel or something else soft on the face of the rear hatch so when it opens there is a cushion between it and the garage door. I had seen where he had used a carabiner, a Nite-Ize CamJam XT and some rope to make a limiting strap for his hatch. When i went to Home Depot to look for the CamJam XT I found a set that already had two cams and paracord with it. I hooked one to the D-ring in the corner of the cargo area and the other to the rear hatch strap. Works perfect. Now i don't have to worry about banging/scratching it on the garage door. Thanks for the idea!

Awesome! Glad I can contribute to the forum and members! The pre-done system looks like a ready easy plug-n-play solution! I just remember opening my hatch the first time at home and hearing the "thunk" of the thin paint on wood. Ha!

Got it aligned. I think I'll never be able to be happy with anyone else doing anything on my vehicles. If you want it done right, do it yourself.
They could not provide before measurements because I "requested custom spec" when I asked for caster on the high side. They told me they couldn't hit 0.0 camber because the adjusters were maxed, they only barely moved 1 out 4 from the neutral position I set them at when I installed them. Finally they weren't concerned that my rear axle was turned. Wouldn't you want to square off that since its non-adjustable or figure out why its out?

This weekend I fluid filmed the under carriage. Put the finishing touches of lights on the roof rack and lighted wreath on the front. Now am shopping for tires, as I have a slow leak in one and the traction is severely down. Have about 5-6/32nds on the tires and am happy I have gotten almost 50k miles out of them in some severe driving. But now am looking at coopers. Thoughts/ideas/input

Mine getting installed today. I don't stretch my 4R out nearly as much off the beaten path as others so excited to put mine on as all I have read and reviewed have led me to believe they will fit my criteria nicely.
I too was 6/32"s. While I could get another few thousand miles out of them, installing new tires a tad early beats having an accident and corresponding insurance headache.

how long did it take you to fluid film the bottom? i am debating if to FF or por15 but i am not sure how long it'll take me.

Since mine is lifted, I didn't need to jack up the vehicle at all. So I was just on a crawler underneath being careful not to hit rubber lines/wires and it took me maybe an hour to get everything. I dont know why I didn't do this previously. Took almost 2 cans. Now I will proceed to do my daily driver as well as my wives as they are smaller and not as bad as the Runner. Good luck and it was pretty simple.
i think 90% of us here are lifted LOL
but yea, i am lifted too, im debating and reading left and right about both. how cold was it when you got it done?
