TS-A1686R, 6.5", rear.
TS-A6986R, 6x9, front.

That sounds better.

Fit right in with a little help from a dremel tool, exacto knife and tin snips.
Used the OEM mounts.

Biked 30 miles through Talbot Islands on a mix of on road and off road trails then ended the day with a beach drive on the south end of Amelia Island. 4x4 only and had the entire beach to ourselves.

Well, I tried to remove my grille so I could install a new AVS bug deflector. Was also going to Plasti-dip the grille while I had it off.

3 out of the 8 acorn nuts holding my grille on are rusted and turning the bolts they're attached to. Not sure how to get these suckers off. Dremel? The back of the bolts are near impossible to get to and even if I could they appear to just be flat square or rectangular backs.

Anyone have any ideas? Trying to get my post count up so I can start a new thread.

Looks great! What did you do and what did you use?

Hot water and Dawn (extra dose) in a spray bottle, toothbrush, soft bristle brush, and rags. Used another spray bottle with just water to clean up, then wiped down with a wet rag. I'll probably use a Meguires product for the black stuff.

Installed my new rear set up still have a couple more mods to do before its complete, chop the tire mount plate shorten the tube reweld the plate back on but on an angle/tilted back. Delete/modify Jerry can holder to be a double can holder possibly a triple one being for h20 can. Then reinstall my roof rack to fab up a ladder to connect from rack to bumper

I re sprayed my roof rack and nerf bars with bedliner spray.. then the plastic with satin black..

lot of damn work I must say.. will post finish product tomorrow..

Removed crappy GPS bracket and bolted a ram ball straight to the dash. Much more solid now. Also wired up a little switch by the 4hi/lo switch for backup camera. Then used some epdm from Amazon and new Christmas tree clips to make front fender liners. One 12x24 sheet did both rears. I needed taller ones for the body lift, but the fronts still fit okay for now. All little learnings from last weekend off roading for areas of improvement.
