P0051
Need to replace oxygen sensor. I am about to order one and just want to make sure that I have the right part number and location. It is a P0051 code. Meaning Bank 2, Sensor 1. From what I have read, this is the passenger side closest to the front on the V8.
Is this the correct piece/location? (This is on the passenger side)
If so, is this the correct part?

I swapped the AC Condenser last week and had it charged up today at my trusty local garage. He said it all held pressure great now and they have the temp within spec. It also passed state inspection with flying colors.... something I worry a bit about sometimes with a 2005 with 166k miles on it.
Said he could only get it down to 39 degrees and they like to get it "a bit cooler "than that but he said it's "within spec" and without throwing more parts at it he was very happy with the result.
Can't wait to pick it up and role home in the chill :banana::banana::banana:

Yes. Bank two on the V8 is passenger. You are also correct, that is sensor one. Very easy to change with the blown up plastic mod like I had on mine too. :boink:
Edit... yours is just folded down.

I sprayed my trunk pad with some Dupli-color trim and bumper paint. The pad looked almost as silver as the bumper, before spraying on the paint. I will do the mud flaps in the coming days.
Then hit the worn out looking tow hitch with some Plasti-Dip. Looks almost new now. Good stuff.

Changed all diffs/transfer fluids. Got my buddy to use his lift to help me out. changeds the front/rear diffs, transfer case, grease the zerks, drain and fill radiator and steering wheel. Steering wheel fluids calls for DextronII or III equiv, so I did (DEX MERC). Fluid before was "regular steering" fluid (it was a clear/amber). Not any more. Seems to steer better (maybe it's my idea). Anyway, the tranny was flushed a few thousand miles ago.
What I wouldn't give to have unlimited access to a lift.
Rear Diff. My friend laughed as the fluid was still amber, LOL.
Red tranny fluid in steering reservoir. As only able to get 1.5 quarts out of it. On a DIY thread, some got about 3. I have no clue how one can get so much out.
