What did you do with your 4runner today?

Anyone know if there's a way to cancel the automatic windows? I just want then to go down while I hold it down, not automatically go all the way down. Always find myself battling with it up, down, up, down, just trying to Crack the window.

Also, any way to disable the rear window down with the remote? I've put it down on accident before.

Just get into a habit of quickly pressing the button down then backup to get that even cracking all the way around. It's what I do.

And then there's those times where you're sitting at a red light and can't seem to get the window to cracking right and all everyone sees is it going up, down, up, down, too far up, too little down, a little more down then FK IT!!! And giving up because it's too stressful LMAO

Pull the battery cable to cut power and drain the memory on the window stops.

Then just don't re-initialize that window. It will just give you basic up and down with the switch when pressed.

You will need to reset the radio settings and re- initialize the rear window.

Rewired my cheap mv50 compressor from brushes out to battery clamps with 12 gauge wire. Swapped fuse for 30a auto reset breaker. Found a bunch of other loose bolts and a random washer floating around in it. Runs quiet and smooth now, hopefully airs up faster too!

Also got [MENTION=101553]t-man[/MENTION]'s old headers to make a jig to weld flanges onto my Christmas present to myself. Thanks again!

Changed out my console cover with a console cover from a Limited. Gives two extra switch holes, and only $40 through LaGrange Toyota. A good investment IMO and I highly recommend it to y'all who like keeping things OEM.

It got some new shoes today. 265/70/17 BFG KO2's. No rubbing yet, but close at full lock.... So we'll see

Edit: Ok, was rubbing on the front fender well. Pulled it forward a bit and all is good

I had never seen anyone try it, so I figured I would. Works like a charm. You just have to remove some clips, screws, etc from your current console and swap it over to the new one. That part number gives you the cover alone.

Light bar w/ magnetic cover added to lower grill, using:

- APEX Fabworks mount
- Cali Raised LED 32" light bar
- Cali Raised LED magnetic light bar cover (look it up, they're pretty sweet)

You could say it lights up the night...

Fixed a broken wire going to the passenger front turn signal.

Installed Philips 194 LED bulbs in the rear doors (front doors,dome lights,map lights were done previously).

Installed Philips LED bulbs in place of the rear brake lights.

Touched up some paint chips on the hood.
