You wired up that LED bar in the front yeah?
No way man. Not even close. You could do the Mini h1's for 120 + 50 bucks for DDM HIDs and call it a day.

Hella e55 projectors free courtesy of body shop that does 95% BMW dealership work = quad bi xenon.
For$200 you cam make your own projectors.

snow chains? Oh yes!
Someone on this forum claimed that snow chains are for sissies? On steep, frozen mountain climbs, where the solid ice is covered with a thin layer of snow - you BETTER PUT THEM ON! 4WD alone cannot do the job!
I choose the rear tires bc. I had only two chains, but with permanent 4wd chains on all tires would be the best to do!
Noisy drive though, once you come off the ice and snow, but after a bit of exercise a simple and straightforward process to put the chains on/off.

By my math - $150 for the Hella E55s (do it once do it right...) ((also, don't have access to BMW body shop... :noidea: ))
Bulbs - $40-50
Housings - $80
Ballasts - $110
Shrouds - $40
Total there is $430 not including shipping, resealing the headlights, time, etc.
Am I missing something here?

Very different... I am struggling right now with converting my light switch to the OTTRAW switches. I have 3 switched to install and well, so far not going so well. I sent some info to Steve to help me.

close, thats if you were doing a quad setup.
TRS sells mini morimoto h1's with shrouds for IIRC $120
HID kit $50-75
quad setup i would not suggest it if you didnt have a spare set of headlamps.
i know i can do a mini h1 setup quick and clean with no other mods, in and out in a few hours. add demon eyes, drl, halos, ect that adds time and patience.
in other news back on topic, dropping a picture for now...look for the thread later after i go eat dinner

So just a note for you guys that take your cars to Yiffy Lube for fluid exchange services... mainly the transmission fluid. Don't.
Why? Because I TWISTED my Allen socket on the overflow plug using an impact gun. It had the yellow yiffy lube paint mark on it. They cranked the living hell out of that bolt. Now I have to replace the fluid pan. All for a simple drain/fill.

Started building a new front bumper, current one is pretty heavy and a little overkill for my offroading needs. New one is gonna be tubing, and hopefully weigh around 70lbs, about half the weight of my current bumper.

Heated pool weather maybe. It will be almost 80 on Sunday tho. My complex annexed a few spots where I park for the pool during the summer.
