What did you do with your 4runner today?

Is it like installing a giant screen protector? Sounds like my nightmare

Here are some guys installing it in carbon fiber. It is tough and easy to screw up at first. For all of my screw ups I used a 4ftx2ft roll just to get that centre dash and door panels done. Sounds like a lot of waste and I'm sure if I was better with it I could have used less. Near the end of my jouney once I learned how to apply it I was wrapping parts in a couple of minutes.

I'm sorry for your loss. My dogs are my world (well, and my family). Did the same in my X5 the last week of July with my buddy of 14 years. Hard to drive while you're bawling, huh? I still miss him every day.


Last weekend we picked up a new Ridgeback puppy in the "new" 4Runner.

Did some ghetto body work. Sanded out a few bubbles down to clean metal, primed, and put some touch up over it. Looks like crap but I don't really care since nobody will see it (under rear window seal). Hopefully will be good for a while

Installed a set of a Firestone airbags in the back. Be nice to have a little extra support back there instead of cranking the tension on the WDH as much.

I put new Toyota rear brake pads in the rear. This had to be the easiest brake job ever. It took me an hour from start to finish. Super easy.

Installed a set of +06 Factory LED taillights after dinner. This is seriously one of the easiest upgrades, literally took me 20 min (usually everything takes me twice as long it seems). I upgraded the reverse lights to LED while I was in there. Love how they look!

I ran spring creek trail and broke something my rear diff plus broke a light racing upper control arm on the weld!!
Weirdest thing is this is not a really hard trail!!

Uh oh! Another black eye for Light Racing! I'm starting to think that my 4Runner will be parked until I replace mine!

I looked at Spring Creek on traildamage.com and it looks pretty brutal!
