What did you do with your 4runner today?

i say the hazard switch does not fit the rear window blank. if you pull the two out you will see that they are different.

you can make it fit snug but i found no way to make it snap in like on the other side because its smaller

i have offroad lights wired to one in my truck but you could always get the blank from toyota for $6

I completely forgot you were the one who actually relocated the hazards. I know they are different and won't snap into place, that's ok with me. When you say "snug", you mean you can push the button without it sinking into the dash? Any regrets?

Sold my bumper the other day, got financing for my FJ, and I got a full set of stock suspension.

Just gotta pallet up the bumper, swap my lift out, take the rest of my mods out, and bring the truck to the dealership to pick up my new FJ!

i used zip ties on both of the side clips to make it fit snug and flush but it does snap in. can be pulled out with a little work. this is the blank i was talking about

picked up a hitch mount shackle off amazon. fit was nice and snug so it should be quiet on the trail.

Hmm, that still leaves me with "what to do with the hole I'll eventually have. Hmmm. I'll think of something.

Hooked up the antennas using a y-splitter and an adapter. Didn't make much difference. The I connected the power wire from my JVC headunit to the wire that's with the two antennas and BOOM!!! Reception is awesome now!!

I received this.......a refurbished rim to match my other 4...

...to go with this....brand new 255/75/17 BFG KM that I picked up from Craigslist....

and now just awaiting the TPMS sensor from Amazon to put it all together to be my spare.

I replaced my bulbs in my climate/info/lie-ometer. Now I can see the clock! While I was at the dealership I checked out a new, base, 4Runner.... $36,000......…...damn. I will say this, I liked the interior, definitely a step up from the 4th gen. No TRD's :wtf: Anyways, $6.00 a bulb and a new hat (couldn't resist) , I will call this day a success.

I think my problem is bad LCA Ball joints, so decided
to replace them and while I have them off, and go ahead and put poly bushings in.

Bushing was a breeze no mess at all, bad thing is my neighbor has all kinds of presses for his trade, bj's didn't want to come out. Got to remove the LCA's again next week and take them to a shop and let them do it.
Dayum 20t. press didn't even make them go POP.

mcgeorge toyota gets a lot of the trd/trail models, they are just short on stock because of the time of the year. saw a black trd pro 4runner and orange trd pro tundra a few weeks back.
