Installed my Daystar 2.5/1.5 kit that my lovely wife got me for Christmas. Forgot to put the damn bump stops back in on the rear. Not sure if I want to tear it apart again.

still not yet over my disappointment with clazzios for sending me a wrong order, fronts fit..rears dont.................after more than 16weeks of waiting!....arggghhhhhh.

ordered direct from www.clazzioseatcovers.com cost $449 back in march, twas delayed till august!.
but just observed that clazzio made an error in my order, sent me covers for 06 upwards 4runner, the front fit perfectly, but the rears dont match.......terribly upset cos its a custom order with only 1wk return window which has elapsed long ago/

quality of the covers is topnotch..no one can tell its aftermarket


trdsparks have it cheaper, also amazon and ebay..though ithey dont usually stock the custom orders

I also ordered from the same website back in March and never got them. I had ordered their in-stock black on black covers. I emailed them several times for a tracking number and called 2x and they said they'll give me an update and still nothing. I go online and now the website doesn't exist!

yeah the website doesnt exist anymore..the install manual they sent the website on it is ELEVEN ON THE WEB - Clazzio Seat Cover . somethingy is just fishy, tried logging in my my old username/id. on the new website to lodge my complaint, no dice

will either place a new order for just the rears or if am fortunate sell off the whole set to an 06 owner

in all honesty, i have not yet had the pleasure of tasting the Eagel Rare - so i will have to take out the 4runner (trying to keep this about 4runners) and get me some.

I spent yesterday making and replacing a UCA bushing that broke. The only replacement I could find was a stock one from energy suspension kit that I had to trim to fit. I'll wouldn't let a little thing like that keep me from going on this trip to Death Valley

I also got my truck packed out. I think it dropped the back end about 2 inches :jester:




even got my traveling teakettle ready for the trip to DV.

Anyone know if Nitto Dura Grapplers will be good in snow/ice? I am between them and the Terra Grapplers. I don't do much off-roading, I'm more of a daily driven driver. I had Nitto Crossteks that were great in the snow. I like the Duras because they are built to last longer, just not sure if they would have good enough traction in the snow/ice around here. The Terra's obviously have more aggressive tread, but are noisier on the road. I have researched and read a lot of threads, just looking for some individual opinions.

I'd sell the set you have in the classified section and order from another online vendor or possibly eBay.

Personally I would not want to use the Dura in the snow/ice. The crosstek is the nice in between with good looks. I have the Terra now and find it quite quiet. The set I had many years ago and they were quiet till the last 5k miles it so of tread life.

i got a little pissed at how the prefab'd wiring/switch that come with my lights was setup. I ended up cutting everything out and buying a new relay and starting from scratch. Once i followed your notes and used the wiring i got from OTTRAW and the new relay it all came together.

I read through a number of pages looking for the answer, to no avail, so I figured I'd just ask... where are you guys getting these cool, factory-looking rocker switches? I'm ready to do the "VSC Off" mod on my 07 Sport, but I would like install a factory switch that reads TRAC Off or VSC Off, etc.
