I really like the superflexes. They also weren't kidding, she was a flexy ***** today. I'll tag you where I'm posting some more pics, I dont think there are any of it fully flexed out, but I think I could stuff a second 32 in there. Could also have to do with my losing the rear sway.

First Camping Trip

Took my newish baby out to the woods! Beat on her, just a little bit, got her dirty, and let her take care of me. Wish I had taken more pics of my Toy, though...

Buddy of mine decided a couple weeks ago that we needed to go camping, so we packed up and did some car camping out in the hills near North Bend, WA. Friday was beautifully clear, but the weather got steadily "worse" over the weekend. Never bad enough to complain about, and it was certainly gorgeous, but it was a bit cold. I used a twin air matress in the back, which provided just a little less room than the Grand Cherokee I owned prior to my 4Runner, but was still enough room for me.

Imagine our surprise as we start back to civilization and discover that the snowfall close to home was significantly worse! His son actually abandoned his car last night, so we headed straight back to get it out. I was too busy helping people out of ditches using my tow strap to take pics, but since this pileup was unoccupied, I took a pic and left. I wasn't going to help them out anyway with that mess!

After leaving my buddy's house, helped 6 more souls before I actually got home.

It was a GREAT day!

well I have done 3 sets of wheels and it holds up really well and it can be peeled off whenever you are ready to take it off. quick and easy way I to take it off is with spray on tire shine.

what he said. i say at least 6 or more coats when using the stuff and when doing wheels you should do between 1/2 to a full can per wheel. with this stuff the more coats the better. i think the grill insert on my truck has 15+ coats and looks like new but my lower valance has 4-6 coats and has rock chips. so overall the more coats of this stuff the better

I used 4 coats of plastidip and then a coat of bedliner for my valance. Held up great!

Little weekend fun

Went out to my friends farm Saturday with a bunch of other guys for a little muddy fun. In total it was about 8 cars and 7 four wheelers. My car is not the best in mud and I was surprised I only got stuck once.

















The only bad part of the day was when I was following a bunch of four wheelers down the trail and my friends wrangler was behind me. I looked back at him and made the mistake of going down the wrong turn and ended up running into a fence and knocking it down. Thankfully it just hit my plastic cladding on the front ( for once I loved having the plastic cladding 03 ) it didn't to much damage to the plastic itself but took of the plasti dip.






I don't go home till next weekend so i decided to pick up a can of plasti dip and temporarily fix the scratches till I can give the bumper some attention next weekend and re plasti dip it right.

Sorry to ask here, but does anyone know where the DIY front fender flare trimming/clearancing thread is? I searched for a while this morning and didn't see anything. I know I saved some photos someone posted of their silver 03-05 with trimmed fenders, but I'd like a little more info before I go too crazy on these stupid hunks of plastic

The OEM battery finally died. Installed an Optima yellow top.

Snow day at work meant I had time to install my CB, luckily it involved a trip to the Hardware store. (Antenna is mounted to the roof rack)

My radio is installed in the same place. I like the set up. Nice!!!!
