What did you do with your 4runner today?

We have had a lot of flooding around town so I decided to order some parts to do the differential breather mod.

Had to drive down a flooded street just to get to work today.

What are the rims on the bottom for? I have a pair just like those on my ack
 
Put the state sticker on it and got it inspected. It's now 100% legal... a few weeks later than it needed to be. :wow:

Naturally, my wife was driving it when a local cop noticed and pulled her over. She wasn't pleased with my procrastination. :D

Added a small new sticker...

The Volks are for the 335i I sold. I need to step up efforts to sell those now that the holiday is over. I've had TEs and RGIIs on other cars. JDM ftw. :)

It was like $20 for the two dealer parts. Just need to pick up some hose and clamps. Dealer had to order both parts though so they wont be here till tomorrow.

I called Joe Myers too, same with them. Just expect it to take at least a day before they will have them.
 
Got my front driver and passenger windows tinted yesterday. Nothing extreme, just a 40% tint. Legal pretty much everywhere so no hassle there, and gets the front windows pretty close to the rest for a more even look.
 
Changed my Transmission fluid, front and rear diff as well as center locking diff fluids. Also changed the brake light switch since the VSC, VSC trak, ABS lights were coming on sometimes. I pulled the code and it gave me the brake light switch code. Hoping I'm good to go for my 1,200 mile tow in 29 days.

I waited 8 months to put some on, and of course just like others said, I wish i went ahead and took the plunge earlier. Ride is better for sure, didn't have a huge prob with stockers, but have quiet a bit less floaty feel now. Looks good TOY!
