Hello, all
I'm new to the forums; joined last night. Love all the useful information i got from this forum so that i could do my own mods to my 2003 Limited T4R. Here's what i've done so far:
I plasti-dipped the rear panel that houses the rear logo as well as the previously silver portion of the rear bumper
Plasti-dipped the grille and previously silver portion of the front lower bumper
Plasti-dipped my previously silver roof racks, running boards, and wheels
Today, i ended up removing my mud guards and my running boards altogether
And i plasti-dipped my badges
I'm open to criticism, suggestions, etc. Thinking of doing my fender flares because they're fading. What do you all think?

Gathered all my gear for new full stereo system replacement. Pioneer app radio, mb quart 6.5 components front and coax rears, JL shallow mount 8" sub and an Alpine PDX-v9 amp to run it all. Just waiting for the speaker adapters to show and I'm ready to get it installed.
Changed gear oil in both diffs and transfer case, spark plugs, and cabin air filter. Had some help but they just laid in the shade mostly
The transfer case looked clean, but the front and back diffs were dirty and had sludge on the magnetic drain plug. Spark plugs were in good shape since previous owner has replaced at 60k, it's at 92k now. Cabin air filter was definitely due for a change.
Also order a Cobra 29lx

Well my truck decided to greet me with a check engine light this morning, along with trac light and vsc light flashing. It still runs the exact same though and started fine too. Any ideas? I'm taking it by later to get the code read but figured I'd ask here during my lunch break. I really hope it's not head gaskets

more than likely it may be an evap code or an oxygen sensor code of some sort

Not going to lie, they're at the top of the list with a pretty huge lead.
Cons:
- They don't make a 275, I'm not willing/able to go 285.
- Price is a bit high on these too.
The good old AT KOs I think are snowflakes in E-Load IIRC.
Cons:
- Weight and thus MPG hit
- Reports of iffy snow traction are knocking them down a little bit.
I'll see how I feel after a week with my 265/70s, but I think it looks pretty
balanced with my FJ/5100s. I would be curious to know about snow
performance with a less expensive AT with a semi-aggresive tread in that
size though, such as the Falkens, Coopers, etc.
