Finally got it back from the shop. Previous shop had installed wrong bearing, caused all sorts of issues in the ring gear and pinion. Everything fixed and locker still works great just glad to have it back. Only had it for a month lol.

nice! Make sure you coat the low profile mounts as they rust easily.

+1 on painting the AOR low mounts. I used flat black Rustoleum and it seems to have held up well. I also spray painted the wind deflector because I didn't like the logo on it. It turned out OK but not great. I probably need to buff it a little to make it shine more.

Replaced all four O2 sensors to get rid of the CEL. I'm fairly certain it was those throwing the PO420 code, not the cat, this time around.

The far right sensor is replacing the middle one.

I used a thin flathead screwdriver, a pair of pliers, and some wire cutters. Once you get under the car you'll see there are two flaps the meet halfway on the width of the band. I wedged the screwdriver under the two flaps to lift them up. After you lift them you'll see the end of the band that you can grab with your pliers to loosen it. Then get your cutters and cut the band off. Be careful if you use a screwdriver not to get impatient and slip and stab your boot.

Redipped the wheel that was replaced after the accident, installed my BajaRack, wired a cb antenna, and changed the oil. A productive day!

What is the cvj boot slide mod you mention?

I installed new axles from CVJ. After install I noticed my boots were in a terrible position

If I would of left them as is the boots would of been toast fast! Basically you take off the inner clamp, slide the boot out some so the ribs do not touch, and install a new clamp. Easy as pie, took all of 20 minutes because I used a jack to get the tire off the ground to spin the axle so the clamp was in an accessible position to remove.

New much better angles
