Looks good. It'll look even better after a few days when all the wrinkles go away.

Did yours come with removable rods for the listings in the lower portion of the front seats? My katzkin covers didn't come with them so I ended up having to make some myself. I wasn't happy with just using hog rings there bc it didn't pull evenly.

What seat heaters did you go with? I bought some off amazon and they're great. My wife hasn't used them much bc she's pregnant and hot all the time but I'm sure she'll use them after he's born.

I wanna put a set of heaters in my Tundra. For $40, can't beat it. I put katzkin in my Tundra after I bought it.
 
Got the 5100's and FJ front coils installed Monday. What a HUGE improvement! There's an intersection near my house with two drainage ditches in it that I use to test my motorcycle suspension. Before the swap, if I went any faster than 15 to 20 mph through there, the front end of the 4R would bottom out. Yesterday I took it at 30-35 and it floated through! Not quite enough rebound damping for my taste, but overall a HUGE improvement. It also rides much nicer on the road.

I used their 10% Black Friday discount so my total was $690 shipped including hog rings, pliers and door inserts. They have the pattern for 3rd row 4runners, it's one of the options on their site, they also mentioned it on the phone to me when confirming my order.
[MENTION=115237]macgyver_ga[/MENTION] I got the seat heaters from Amazon also. Can't beat $120 shipped for all 4 seats. I'm sure all the kits come from the same factory. I don't recall any rods in the lower portion of the seat. All the portions that i hog ringed had a plastic rigid strip attached to the fabric.
 
Unfortunately after less than 30k miles my Billie 5100's on the rear of my rig I have found out that one has blown out?! I haven't even been that hard on my truck and after reading several reviews it looks like Billstein really won't do anything. Needless to say pretty disappointed in their overall performance. . .now on to Icons I guess
 
Getting these bad boys put on right now! The center cap matches the rest of the wheel - just looks brighter because of light reflecting off the clear shipping wrap. Gorgeous wheels and surprisingly light! Shout out to Dustin @FNWheels - awesome guy and great to work with, I definitely recommend him if you're considering wheels!

White LED "swap" today, really brightened up my day (bad pun intended).

It's amazing how much happier a set of 10 little LEDs can make you. I didn't realize how much I hated the orange.



 
Nothing major but It was bugging the HECK out of me to see only one side lit when the rear doors were open. so I replaced both bulbs on this thing(Come to think of it I never did find out what the heck it was for, along with the remote control). Either way here's what I am talking about:

In the past week...bought a new-to-me 2008 Sport V8...changed out the smoked chrome grill for a new body color grill (shadow mica). Much better! (Anyone looking for a spare grill? :) )

Installed a Pioneer AVIC-8000NEX deck plus bluetooth steering wheel buttons with the Urban Runner trim piece complete with connection to AUX and USB inputs in center console. With a backup camera. Got a little spoiled by the backup camera and bluetooth in my 2013 T4R - had to get them back, but with V8 power. :tongue1:

Still have some electrical gremlins to work out that I think prior owner was pawning off (lame), but happy to be back in a V8.

Interesting to see someone going from a 5th to a 4th. But I definitely feel you on the V8 :bravo:

Those are regular dually non d2. Price is average.
 
Vacumned the new Touareg and gathered some of the old 4Runner stuff and put it up for sale. If anyone needs a complete recovery kit (new), a iCom 2m/70cm radio or a spare CV axle I put them in the classifieds.
 
Going through this thread i do not understand how you guys afford to do so many cool things to your 4Rs. And here i am just trying to put gas in the damn thing dreaming of what a nice lift would ride like! haha, one day this military budget of mine will pay off... maybe not.:redbrick:
